Can anybody help me here, I just started taking orders for wedding cakes, And my 5 qt is not enough.
I know I need a 20 qt can anybody recommend a brand, and also where do I buy it, also countertop or floor model. Can you tell me the difference if you have used both.
Thanks so much!

I found a great deal on a Hobart 20-qt on craig's list. Definitely look for a used one! Mine is a countertop model.

Thank you so much, I buy a lot from Craiglist, but wasn't sure if a mixer could be found there. I will definitely look for it.

I'm not sure where in Virginia you are or how far you are willing to drive but there are some listed here in Baltimore http://baltimore.craigslist.org/for/1246229714.html and I'm pretty sure it was a local business that wasn't open long so I'm thinking good condition (although I see them cheaper on ebay you could save shipping) also there is another one for $1350 that needs a bowl replaced but if you don't mind a drive it might be worth looking into.
