Beer Bottles And Ice..need Instructions

Does anyone have instructions for making the beer botttles from Isomalt adn the rock candy ice?

I make ice using 1/2 cup corn syrup and 1 cup sugar. Crunple up aluminum foil then smooth out and line a cookie sheet with it (one with edges). Microwave on high 6 minutes then pour into foil. When cool break up.
