Personally, I think it borders on animal abuse--you're going to leave birds inside a small, dark, hot box for how long? And then when they're released, they're going to be where?

I've seen video of this having been done before, and yeah, at least one of those videos--on World's Worst Weddings or some show like that--showed the bird popping out, landing on the cake, and then pooping all the way down all five tiers....
