HELP!!! icon_cry.gif I need any ideas you great cake decorators have PLease on how to make a carriage cake without the mini ball pan. I have the regular size ball pan but they want a small carriage and I don't have time to get the mini pan. PLEASE HELP!!!!!! I need this for Saturday the 4th. Thanks in advance to everyone.

I've seen people use metal mixing bowls as pans. It seemed to work. Hope that helps. icon_smile.gif

small glass bowls would work as well. you could also just carve it, bake your cake (like a square, or whatever), cut and stack so its more the size you want, and carve.

You can use the large muffin tins. 2 muffins that are lightly rounded at the base and level on the top. Invert one on the other and you have it.
