Does anyone know how to do the chocolate filling that Costco uses??

I'm not exactly sure what brand it is but Chocolate Bettercream tastes exactly like it if you ask me.

if you do a general search for costco you will get a recipe called costco mousse filling.
I think it is a pack of pudding mix, milk and heavy whipping cream but I dont recall the actual measurements.

But do the search and it will come up.

cosco uses pastry pride. they do not sell it like sams sells bettecream. chocolate bettercream taste like chocolate pastry pride. hth
