I love making fondant covered cakes because of the great polished finish but more clients are asking for buttercream covered cakes and i am wanting some tips for a great finish with buttercream

Go to the home page, scrolls thru the articles until you come to Melvira's Method. Once you use her paint roller, you'll never use anything else. I swear, you won't.

25 years I did cakes before discovering this and I've NEVER done a cake without my trusty paint roller ever since. Greatest invention since double cheese on a pizza!
