Uh. How do I cut "ribbons" of fondant in equal widths?

You could painstakingly measure each one and cut it with a pizza cutter, or you could buy a ribbon cutter! Wilton makes one, they sell it at the craft store

I have the Wilton cutter and quite like it. Before that, I just had to use a straight edge and make sure everything was lined up and even.

You can also cut out a piece of paper to use as a template and then cut your fondant with a pizza wheel or a bench scraper. I have the Wilton cutter and I never use it because it's so much easier to just use a strip of paper or a ruler.
