i am trying to find a peanut butter filling that i can pipe into cupcakes for a "reese's pb cup" flavor. has anyone tried this recipe? is it a creamy recipe or more just an enhanced pb? does anyone have a really good and creamy recipe for this? sry for so many questions. not in any hurry, just wanting to experiment. thnx in advance! icon_cool.gif

I highly recommend peanut butter mousse. I could just eat it with a spoon-oh yeah-I did!

I just make my buttercream recipe and sub half the fat with peanutbutter..everyone raves about it and says it tastes just like reeses pieces.
