Can anyone tell me where i might be able to get premade black eyed susan flowers. Or the best way to make these flowers ie:gumpaste or fondant.

It looks like you could make it with a daisy cutter, then dry on an upside-down mini muffin pan to give them the right curve. The centers would be a ball of fondant and you could snip it with a tiny pair of scissors to give it lots of little points.

If you need them on stems, then use gumpaste. If you want to put them on the cake for people to eat, then use fondant.
