I've got my random cake pans I've picked up or been given over the years, but I've got my first wedding coming up this fall and figured I should probably take the plunge and buy the big pan set icon_biggrin.gif
So, as you may have guessed, I've got bunches of questions. Any help, advice you can give me would be GREAT!!!!! The only thing I do know, it that I'll be getting a round set. Thanks!
Odd or even sizes? 4/6/8 or 3/5/7
What depth? 2in, 3in, 4in?
What guage?
Who does everyone recommend I order from?
What pricing should I expect?
Anything else I need to know or look for?

Thanks so much!!!

Don't forget to get TWO sets...will make your life easier in the long run. And 2" depth. I recommend for square, Magic Line. They are the only ones with truly square corners. Round pans...you can get by, really with anything.
