Hi guys,

I'm doing the flower nail instead of a heating core thing tonight. How exactly do I do it? Do I just put it upside down in the pan before I put the batter in?

Thanks,

Karen

Yes, I've heard people punch it through the sheet of parchment before laying the parchment in the pan so it's easier to remove. You'll want to grease it too just like you would a normal cake pan.

Spray it with you non stick oil first, then put it in upside down and pour in batter. Wait til u flip out your cake to take it out. Happy baking!
