My niece is getting married on July 4th and has requested a lemon raspberry wedding cake for 350 people. It will be covered w/ MMF and gumpaste flowers. Does anyone have that perfect recipe for this cake? I can't find one that I like. I want it to taste gourmet. Any suggestions?

I just poasted a recie for liz24 in this forum. It is the perfect lemon/raspberry cake .
