how do i use a diamon impresser ona round cake`, can some one send me a tutorial maybe.
Is your cake covered in buttercream or fondant?
my cake is fondant
Absolutely. If you want real sharp indentations though, and want each little diamond to poof out, I would get Jennifer Dontz' "3 diamond cutter". Works beautifully!
Start at the front of the cake and just press the mat in as deep as you can and then you can go back over it with a wheel cutter to make the lines deeper (not too deep though, lol). Go all the way around the cake, the diamonds will not line up perfectly once you reached the first impressions, so make sure that's the back of the cake. Hope that helps!
i have a impresser, but i dont know how i use it on a round cake. therefore i need help.
