Here is a link to the chocolate MMF recipe on here CC. It tastes delicious bu its a little stiffer than regulare MMF due to the melted chocolate morsels. I just pop it in me microwave for a few seconds before working with it to soften it up a little.

You can also try Jennifer Dontz semi homemade fondant. You will have to get her dvd for the recipe.
