I am going a do a 4 tiered square bridal shower cake to match their favor of 4 graduated gift boxes with 3 boxes in white with words "Old, New., Borrowed Blue" on the front and the bottom tier colored blue with a blue bow. Their boxes are flatter so a 2 layer tier doesn't match. I was thinking a 2 1/2 to 3 inch layer, torted would look more like their favor. I was trying to picture the side and back which to be will be just white . I think it would look really plain and unfinished. I'm going to suggest dressing up the back and sides with small white and/or pale blue pearls, small white and or blue pearl dusted hearts. or tiny blue drop flowers -something different for each layer. Does this sound ok ? any other suggestions? I think I'm going to use 6,8,10,12,inch tiers Any suggestions would be appreciated
