I am doing a version of these cakes for a wedding on 7/5.... any help or suggestions are welcome and desperately needed. the problem is that the wraps are only 2 or 3 inch bands.... will it look odd to have 3" cake tiers???

thanks icon_confused.gif

I think that I would go with a 4 inch tier and use the 3" tall bands. If you center the bands, it will still look proportional. What I mean is that there will be a 1/2 inch space above and below the band. Hope that helpsicon_smile.gif
