Crusting All Butter Buttercream..too Much To Ask???

is there such a thing? I'm actually looking for a chocolate one... but I don't have any chocolate just cocoa powder.. Does anyone know of a recipe that will suit all my needs? lol icon_razz.gif

use twice as much powdered sugar as butter - ie : 20oz ps to 10oz butter. a bit of milk for consistancy.
to make it chocolate, just add as much cocoa powder as it takes to get it chocolatey enough.

You can also add chocolate syrup, it's delicious.

oh and make the milk chocolate milk - huge difference!

I use the Chocolate Syrup Frosting from the recipe section here and just add more powdered sugar. I also use the Hershey's Special Dark Choc syrup. It is heavenly.
