I Need Help With A Sugar Free Recipe

i just got my first cake order from someone ive never met before. and this woman is sooo into my cakes so im all excited shes emailed me maybe 10 times in 2 days asking ?'s and sending me pics to use for the cake. we go through all the ?'s and then she says.....is there any way to make part of the cake sugar free??? the birthday boy is diabetic!!!!!! first thing i told her is fondant will probably put him in to shock!!! so im going to make a 3" cake just for him s/f . but i need a recipe for frosting and cake thats sugar free and tastes good

I substituted the sugar in my recipe for fructose (fruit sugar) its low GI and a dietician told me that its ok to use for a diabetic. There are several diabetic frosting recipes online, just google them. Most of them has a cream cheese base.

What Im going to try is to make IMBC using the fructose, dont know how that eill come out tho icon_smile.gif
