I need to make 100 lamb cupcakes for VBS for next Tues. night. I don't have a freezer to store them in or I'd start making them now. Does anyone have any quick and easy ideas for these? I have choc. chips or jelly beans for the eyes and found some white gumdrops I could use for the nose, but I'm stuck when it comes to the ears. Should I try and use marshmellows for the wool or just stick to buttercream. Any suggestions would be appericated. Thanks
