I am putting my crumb coat on my cakes.
Do I put the fondant on when it's wet or do I let the BC dry and than put the fondant on???? Thanks.

I know that people do it either way. I personally never cover with fondant the day that I crumb coat. I let it rest overnight, then cover it the next day. I lightly mist the icing with a fine mist spray bottle, then cover with fondant.

For my 3D spongebob cake, I crumb-coated, let it rest overnight, and covered the next day. I misted it with a water bottle first. I was worried the fondant might slide off of him since he's sitting upright, but it stuck beautifully.
