I am making a fruit cake into an open book cake. Using the small Wilton pan. I am covering it in fondant and want to know how I make the pages looked curled. I want to put an edible image on the top with text and perhaps an image. I think the edible image will be printed on rice paper and have worked with these before but think I may not be able to peel it off the backing without breaking it. I do have some rice paper and wondered if I gave it to the lady could she just print on that. Has anyone any tips on doing this cake. Thanks
