But.. I am not asking to determine what I should charge. I am seriously curious about what you DO charge for this particular kind of cake. I will be very specific.

Stacked Tier Square cake to feed 150
Vanilla cake
Vanilla custard filling with raspberries
Chocolate buttercream crumb coat (a little thicker than normal)
Poured Ganache
There will be icing roses on each lower corner of each cake
A simple border at the bottom of each cake
A chocolate graduation cap as the topper
"2009" made from chocolate or fondant on the front of the top tier
the graduate's name made from chocolate or fondant on the bottom tier.

I'm gonna ballpark it at $6.00-$6.50 a slice.
