How do you guys make this.. I have seen it on a few cakes.. I like the ones that are iced in chocolate icing then strawberries and then it has this chocolate fudge drizzled on it. I would like to make one for Saturday, I'm having a CHOCOLATE SPA PARTY. With Beauty control.

I use bought canned frosting for I like the taste of it. I use chocolate buttercream and drizzle the darker canned frosting. I melt it in the microwave, use a plastic piping bag and snip the ends. Make an m motion of the hand and drizzle the chocolate. See some on my photos for the effect.

melt chocolate chips and add a bit of shortening. Pipe the chocolate mixture at the top edges until you get your drizzled effect. When done, fill the center and smooth with a spatula.

Consistency is the key.
