Does anyone know the brand of white buttercream that Rao's bakery uses? I LOVE LOVE their icing and want to order some for myself, but don't know what brand they use. ( I know they don't make their own)

I used to make my own, but now since the change to trans fat free shortening I HATE my old recipe... it's the consistency of thick mud with no airyness (sp) at all in it no matter how much I whip it. ugh
Plus I love the thoughts of not having to make a mess making my own.
