icon_smile.gif DOES ANYONE HAVE A RECEIPE FOR MERINGUE ICING THAT THE DECORATORS USE THAT IS MADE MAINLY IN MIAMI FLORIDA IN THE ETHNIC CUBAN NEIGHBORHOOD.

That sounds closely related to what Domincans use the call it Suspiro. It is similar to 7 minute frosting. try looking for a "dominican cake" recipe that might help

Someone in another post was asking about Dominican cake with Suspiro icing. Apparently, Suspiro icing is the same as Meringue Icing.
