Substitute For High Ratio Vegtable Shortening ?

I need to do buttercream but dont have High Ratio Vegtable Shortening , and the recipe calls for it... Is there anything I can substitute it with. Whats the difference between regular and High Ratio Vegtable Shortening? Help, please... icon_redface.gif

Im not sure, but I have heard that the WalMart brand shortning still has trans-fat in it unlike Crisco. I could be wrong though

you can use regular shortening for buttercream icon_smile.gif

Hi ratio holds more liquid, so it beats up lighter and flufflier.
