I have never used the coffee creamer called for in Sugarshacks bc recipe. Can I use powdered creamer, I mix with water myself, or do I need to buy the liquid creamer? Also, is the liquid creamer sweetened and the powdered not? icon_confused.gif Thanks!

I've never done Sugarshack's recipe, but I have used creamer in my icing. I added 1 part powered creamer to 1 part hot water, stirred, and let it cool. Then I just replaced the milk in my recipe with the creamer.

If it's flavored creamer, it's probably sweetened, but if it's regular creamer, it probably isn't sweetened. That's the same for both liquid and powdered.

Hope this helps!

Sugarshack uses the powdered kind mixed with hot water. In her DVD, she uses it hot which I do too, it seems to make the bc smoother. I use all different flavors of the creamer to compliment my cake
