Yellow. A very, very, very small ammount of yellow. Even the ammount of yellow in your butter might be enough.
Usually gives a nice "candle light" ivory color. I think we spend so much time trying to make BC snow white we forget what it would look like if we made it the "old-fashioned" way.

I never make my BC snow white--it's always made with real butter, because I don't like the mouth-feel of Crisco. It's always a beautiful off-white to ivory, depending on brand of butter used. A touch more yellow would make it a warm cream color, usually. Like...one drop of color for the whole batch.
