hi all, which cutter do you like better for the quilted look, i found one that's a set from 1in to 4. or do you like the matt better, i was reading the mat's you have to put on before putting on fondant is that right. Thanks all

I think the mat is quicker to use. But I think the cutter lives a better impression. Unless you want the sewing stitching look, where you would use the little circle thing to go back over the lines and create that look. It's really just up to you though. They both work!

I have seen it both ways. Some people will lay the fondant out and then push the mat into the fondant. Other people will fondant the cake and then immediately push the mat into the fondant.
