i have a wedding cake for next weekend, and the bride requested Bav. cream & strawberry fillings. I'm using the sleeve fillings... I plan to torte the layers so there will be 3 layers of filling in each tier.

is it possible to use both fillings together, between each torte, or will that cause any problems like slippage, etc? I have to drive 25 miles with this one. Or would it be a nicer presentation to do 2 strawberries, one bav cream, or vice versa?

I think it will look beautiful to have the berry in the middle and the bavarian on the top and bottom (cake-bav-cake-berry-cake-bav-cake). VERY pretty!!

I agree with Debi... I would put the strawberry in the middle and two layers of bavarian
