if a bride is requesting cake jewlery like the rinestone pics that you put in the middle of flowers and rinestone monogram for topper, do I purchase this for her and have her reimburse me or do I purchase it for my business and ask for it back after the wedding when I collect my stand and pillars?

I would tell your bride that this is something that she will need to purchase and provide to you.

You could do this either way. I would just add the expense to the cost of the cake. Some brides like to keep these things anyway.
