I am making a cake for work for Tuesday morning. Cook leveled and froze it last night. Going to fill and crumb coat today and frost and decorate tomorrow.

Question is... I am using Raspberry Jam mixed in some buttercreme for the filling. Will I have to put the cake in the fridge? I just have so little room in the fridge.

TIA

I think it will be fine afterall buttercream can stay out and jam has preservatives in it.
