Coloring Nfsc Dough

i need yalls help again! can anyone tell me if you can color NFSC dough with the wilton dye?? need to make a fence post for a grave yard and we were going to use grayish/blackish cookies if we could die them before hand. thanksk for your time!!

I don't see why not, it's like any other cookie dough and I think your fence is going to look great that color.

You can definitely color the dough! The only thing to keep in mind is that the dough has a slight yellow cast from the butter, so some colors won't work as well as others. I can't imagine it would be a concern with black or gray, though. Be sure to post a picture when you finish it!
