I just did it last night as a matter of fact. I greased the bowl and hook well then put the melted marshmallow in that I did in the microwave then poured the powdered sugar in. At the end you do have to knead but the dough hook did most of the work for me.

I always make my mmf in my KA...I have fibro so kneading is something I avoid...just make sure to grease the bowls and the dough hook well. You may have a bit of ps in the bottom...don't try to salvage it...it will just make lumps in your fondant. If you need to add more ps, use fresh stuff from the bag. I usually don't have to add much after removing from the mixer, but you will need to knead a bit. Like bakingathebeach said, the hook does most of the work for you. I love mmf and how easy it is to make icon_lol.gif .

I have always made it in the KA. That's what my instructions say to do!
