Hey Ladies! I was hoping that someone could tell me how much fondant I need to cover 48 cupcakes? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I just covered twenty 2 1/2" cookies (about the same size as you would need for a cupcake). I uses 8 oz for all 20. HTH

Cool! Thanks ladies! I think I have plenty then(2#s). I just didn't want to get almost finished and run out.
