Storing Gumpaste Flowers

Could anyone tell me how to store gumpaste roses? i live in spain and have been making roses for a friends wedding cake, they were drying well last night but this morning the petals were slightly soft again! but seem to be drying out again, could it be humidity? help!!!!

yes it would be the humidity. best to place in a box after dry with one of those little packets that suck the moisture out.

Yeah! thats a great idea! cant think what its called now, you normally get them inside shoe boxs and handbags!! very good idea that peg would have never thought it!
