In her book pretty party cakes, she has a recipie for fondant icing which is liquid.

she dips the cupcakes in the icing for a smooth, shiny finish.

Has anyone done this?

Or do you have a suggestion on how to acheive that finish

i love how it looks! i tend to just use glace icing, looks similar enough for me, but il be trying poured fondant sometime soon... shiny is always so pretty!
