Could someone tell me how to make the water white-capping coming off the ocean? Maybe tell which tip I should be using. I need this cake today. Any advice or send me a clear picture of a cake on this web-site and maybe I can figure it out. TIA

Hi there. What I do is take white food coloring and a toothpick. I run that thru the caps you make with your blue frosting or piping gel. I've seen others use white frosting probably from a tip 2 or 3 but I've used the toothpick method and works great. good luck!!

I usually apply a thick coat of white icing and either airbrush over it or apply blues on top then with the palette knife, do swoops upward which gives me the white-capped effect.

Maybe someone else has an idea for ya...
