I'm opening up my own cake shop here in NY!
The shop is mine on June 1st & I have a few weeks of renovating ahead of me. I'm shooting for a September Grand Opening. (after I take a nice long vacation first!!)LOL

I have a thousand questions, so, if you are in business....feel free to give me a piece of advice on this thread.

I plan on documenting the whole opening, maybe I'll enlighten someone else with my trials and errors.
So, I owe this all to CC. I know I would never have taken this path without this site and I'm not kidding. Thanks everyone!!!
