I am just curious if anyone has ever used Egg White Only Egg Beaters in their cakes, especially the WASC cake. I thought of using it to save time but don't want to chance it and waste a cake if it didn't turn out right. I would think it would be ok but just wanted to ask if anyone else has used it in their cake recipe.
yes I just made 14 cakes this last weekend and did that and everyone said it tasted great
Great! I am so glad to hear that! I had to divide 32 eggs today to separate the egg whites and it was such a pain! Next time I'm gonna buy some Egg Beaters!
