Can Anyone Tell What Are On The Petals?

It there something on the petals or is it just me? I've tried looking for all kinds of molds and can't find anything like it.

It's really hard to tell, but it looks like some of them have a paisley sort of pattern on them. Maybe someone else will know.

I agree, if you enlarge the picture, it looks like ri scrollwork in a dot and paisley design.

I think they are orchids. Go to fotosearch.com and look up orchids. Hope this helps.

Looks like a small pearl border is piped on the edges and some of the petals have a paisley pattern piped on too. I have that cake saved on my computer too, one of those I would like to attempt one day, such a beautiful design.

this cake is beautiful, are those large pieces of fondant and how did they get them to stay in that position thanks
