I have a request for a Tiffany Blue wedding cake and would like suggestions as to exacty how to get the "Tiffany Blue" color. I know I will have to mix colors but would like to know what the '"ratio" of each color needed would be. Any suggestions?
if you do a forum search for "tiffany blue" you will find quite a few posts on how to do this....maybe too many, lol. i would suggest starting with sky blue and then going from there with any needed color additions.
one thing i will add, is that if you are doing a BC with real butter, you need to take into account the yellow of the butter.
