I need some help ! I bought a new Wilton angel food cake loaf pan at an auction, it's almost 15 inch long x 4 wide, it doesn't have information with it. I want to make a angel food cake in it, but not sure how much batter to use. Does anyone know ? I looked on their web site and can't find any info about it.
If anyone know's and can help I would be so greatful !!

I don't know but I am jealous! I had one and it got lost in the move several years ago. I don't even remember what recipe I used.
