Kreamer Brand Tart Or Mini Muffin/cupcake Pan?

My mom gave me a big box of candy molds a few months ago and when going them I found a metal baking pan. I'm not sure if its a mini tart pan or a mini cupcake pan (not sure if they are the same thing). It a 24 cavity pan says "Kreamer" on it. Anyone have any ideas? Just curious because I've never heard of a brand called Kreamer. Thanks!

There was an A. Kreamer Co., in Brooklyn, NY from 1907-1940's:
