Can I use coconut flavoring to flavor a white cake mix? If so, how much would I use? Has anyone ever done this. I typically would buy a DH coconut cake, but can't find it at any of the stores in my area. Not sure what is up with that! Help please!
Thanks!

Sure, I've done it. Go for it! I think I used a couple of teaspoons of coconut extract/flavoring to one single cake mix. Just taste the batter to see.

I have used it too, I have also used coconut water instead of regular water or milk. You can get it in most grocery stores. Just make sure its coconut "water" and not coconut milk.
