I am wanting to try my hand at a buttercream transfer. How long does it keep in the freezer? I will use the transfer in 10 days on a birthday cake I am making for someone. Is that too long of a time to keep or will it work? Trying to save myself some time by doing it ahead.
it'll keep just as long as your frosting will in the freezer. just keep it wrapped well - you don't want it to get freezer burn
