Not sure if this is in the right spot..but couldn't find an 'appropriate' spot for it.

I am making a cake with raspberry filling(bought from CK)...it's not due til Saturday and I have the layers in the frig now...will I need to keep it chilled til delivery? I don't normally work this far ahead so I've never had this problem!!

Thanks!

Well, look at what I found by going to the CK website and looking up their raspberry filling products: https://www.ckproducts.com/productdetails.asp?getresults=3686

LOL, next time, check the manufacturer's website first and you may just find the answer to your question. thumbs_up.gif

I would if you have an concerns. Just to be on the safe side you do not what it to go sour, or start to go moldy, on the cake. If you live any where heat and humidity are heavy right now. But that is me.
