i was in winn dixie tonight i saw they had some new cakes out so i want take a look at them. and i saw that they had a 1/8 sheet cake. can you please tell me if you can get this size pan say from wilton? TIA

dont know about wilton but i have seen them at restaurant depot by me

take your 9 x 13 pan and cut it in half. It really isn't so much a cake as it is a marketing ploy. 1/4 sheet is too big but I really want a cake. 1/8 sheet for slightly less, they make a fortune on them, and people like them. Seniors especially as well as small office get togethers.

a bakery 1/8 would be 8" x 6". wilton does a 7" x 11" pan, thats the closest you will get.
