I have a half sleeve of strawberry filling left from a wedding cake I just filled and I was wondering if there was a way to freeze it so that it is not wasted. If so, how would you freeze it and does it taste good when defrosted? Thanks-Brandy

I freeze fillings all the time. I would get it out of that sleeve and put in a freezer-safe plastic container or containers if you want ot break it down more...or even a freezer zip lock bag. It will taste fine.
