I have to do a cupcake wedding cake They want the top to be an 8 inch round cake for the couple to bring home with them. If I cover this cake in a chocolate fondant can they freeze it and eat it on there anniversary. I will be using the Fondarific Brand unless someone has any other suggestions.

yes they can freeze it..

it must be wrapped up very well and put in an air tight container.. I have a instruction sheet I give all my brides on how to freeze thier cake. If your interested in viewing it.. pm your email and I will send it to you.

I don't see why not. Its only for them on their first anniversary, so if it doesn't look perfect once it thaws, its not like a whole reception worth of people will be seeing or eating it. It may actually help keep the cake fresher tasting than just buttercream.
